4-star

Creed is the first book I have read by Erin Trejo. It is the beginning in of the Fallen Angels MC stories. I am a huge fan of MC books and Creed was a good addition to my library. Creed centered around Creed and Jada, childhood friends who lost a very important person in their life at a young age. Grief and circumstance tore them apart from each other only to bring them back together five years later. Except they are no longer the same people the used to be. Five years can really change people. Creed is now a patched member of the Fallen Angels MC and Jada has found herself as a punching bag in a rival MC. One thing certainly has not changed, the supercharged attraction between Creed and Jada. Now that they have both found each other, will there be a war between the rival MC’s?

I enjoyed Creed and Jada’s characters. Their story was very dramatic, yet very heart-wrenching at the same time. They both had to deal with a lot of grief and the characters felt genuine. The roller coaster that these characters had to ride to finally have their ending was a wild ride. I really liked Tank’s character. He had a great sense of humor and seemed to have a silly side, while also being very stoic and loyal. I cannot wait to read his story. A great start to this series.

Tank is the second book in the Fallen Angels series. In this book we get to follow Tank in his own story, which surprisingly includes a teenage daughter, Bella. After reading Creed, I was excited for Tank’s story and to see how he and Cher’s relationship would progress. Tank’s story was not exactly what I would have expected. While we do get to enjoy Tank and Cher solidifying their relationship, this book is mostly about Tank and Bella.

Tank had a previously relationship that led to a teen pregnancy and a child at a young age. Despite wanting to be a dad, Tank didn’t get that option. Candy took Bella from Tank because she didn’t want to be in the MC life. Fast forward 13 or so years and Bella shows up on Tank’s doorstep. Bella is a 16 year old strong willed and beautiful teen. Despite Tank’s best attempts, he is unable to keep her out of the MC life and after a year, he must reveal that he is a father to his brothers. Needless to say, this is a shock, yet a welcome addition to the Fallen Angels family. However, everything isn’t all hunky-dory. A brother is murdered, Cher’s nefarious ex is back in the picture, Bella’s deadbeat mother has shown up, and Tank is being targeted. Now the Fallen Angels have to put the puzzle pieces together to find out who is doing this and why.

Tank followed in it’s predecessors footsteps and delivered to us a hot and sexy book filled with a lot of graphic encounters between Tank and Cher. However, the book was not just filled with gratuitous sex scenes. We were gifted with a good story of love developing between a father and daughter. Tank is a very complex character. He may be an enforcer at heart and the VP of the club now, but he is very sensitive as we see with the relationship with Bella, Cher, and his friend Griff. We also had a bit of action and a whole lot of drama. A good read and addition to the Fallen Angels series.

Ryker (Fallen Angel’s MC #3)

Ryker
Choosing to settle with this chapter of Fallen Angel’s seemed like the right choice. I’ve always felt like I fit in with these guys. Once the old president was out, I knew this would be the place I called home. I love it here, they are my family. They stuck by me even when I made mistakes. We all make mistakes right? My mistake drug my family into a war I wasn’t sure we were ready for but the day I stepped foot into that makeshift house, I knew my world was forever changed.

Jersey
My family never wanted me. I was a tool to use in their little games. I was a pawn. Being traded to a rival club for drugs and money didn’t surprise me all that much. Did it hurt that my own family didn’t want me? Yeah, more than anything but that day a rough rugged biker came into my room changed that. When Ryker ripped his name patch off and placed it in my hands, I knew things were going to change.

Rival clubs collide, lives are lost. Can Ryker find it in himself to stay away from Jersey? Can he help her out of her current situation and walk away?

Ryker is the third book in the Fallen Angels MC. We are introduced to Ryker in this book. He is new to the series and I am very glad we get to meet this character. Formally a Nomad, Ryker wants to set down roots and decides to make a home with Creed’s chapter of the Fallen Angels. As the newest patched member, Ryker gets to take on the dirty and gritty rides. This includes the checking out rumors that a rival MC is selling girls. Ryker takes this ride, as he has a contact in this rival MC, and investigates the claims with Torch. What he finds sickens him, but it also leads him to Jersey, the girl that was sold by her family to pay a debt to the MC. Ryker cannot leave her to her fate and makes a promise that he will come back for her. Making that promise may just bring war down on his MC.

Ryker is a bit darker than the prior Fallen MC stories. However, Ryker is a strong character that you can clearly tell is Alpha through and through. Jersey is a great complimenting character for Ryker. Despite what her character went through, she was strong and inserted herself well in the Fallen Angels. It was great revisiting with Creed, Jada, Tank, Cher, Bella, Piper, and Joey. We were given hot and sexy scenes, but also some drama and action so that the book was multi-dimensional. I can’t wait to see what happens next with this MC.
