He can’t help but offering his assistance to show her how to properly use those naughty toys stowed away in her car.
Brandi Fairfield had a habit of dating guys who were bad for her even though sometimes bad could be so good. Just as she decides she’s ready to find a respectable man, a bad boy she can’t seem to resist rolls up and helps her change a flat tire. Everything about him has warning signs but she once again throws caution to the wind. But soon she learns the truth about the new guy in town. Torn Ends is the third installment in the Magnoia Series. In this book we meet Dash Hunter, older brother to Gracie. Dash has been in prison for 3 years after defending a woman from a would be abuser and rapist. Now that he is out, he is going to be with the imonly family he has. Along the way, he meets up with Brandi and helps her out of some trouble. A bit of flirtation ensues, but Dash has a lot of skeletons in his closet and he isn’t ready to start any sort of relationship. Brandi just needs to get the memo.

This book is as well written as the first two. I love the build up regarding the relationship between Brandi and Dash. But, it isn’t just an erotic story, this book has some drama, mystery and suspense. There were a couple of times I caught myself saying “Whoa!” The whole series grabbed me and kept me entertained from the first page to the last!

Grab this series!

About Taylor Dawn

A1VrrG7DKyL._UX250_

International Bestselling Author Taylor Dawn (formerly writing as C.D. Taylor) began writing as an item to check off her bucket list. She resides in the southernmost part of Illinois, right on the mighty Mississippi river. She enjoys the quiet country life with her husband, son and the many farm animals that make up the rest of the family. Deciding that farm life was just a little too mundane, Taylor began writing romance and fantasy to liven things up, so far so good. Before starting her writing career, Taylor entered the field of cosmetology. When she isn’t writing, she can usually be found sitting around a table making people laugh. She has always wanted to be a standup comic. She loves pulling practical jokes, dresses up in a costume every Halloween and believes that dancing is the key to a happy life (even if you aren’t a good dancer). She believes that life shouldn’t be taken too seriously, we will never get out alive anyway. More than anything, she is a kid at heart, she doesn’t believe in bedtimes, eating everything on her plate, or having ice cream only for dessert. Her favorite quote is by Dr. Seuss…”Why fit in, when you were born to stand out.” You can find Taylor at taylordawn-author.com

Loose Ends is the first book in the Magnolia Series. In this book we meet Ava, who is running from some pretty bad people. Ava settles in Biloxi, Mississippi and thinks that she must may be safe after not feeling chased after two years. While at her job, Ava meets the gruff, yet handsome Luke. Instant attraction. Ava is hesitant to start something with Luke, as she hasn’t been with a man for over two years, but something about Luke is just telling her to let her guard down.

However, Luke isn’t what he seems. Luke isn’t in Biloxi by accident. Luke has been keeping secrets. Really big secrets. Will the attraction between Ava and Luke and the feelings that they have for each other be enough to overcome their pasts?

Loose Ends was a good read that had a bit of a slow dramatic build. The climax of the book was a little less than stellar. However, the build of Ava and Luke’s relationship made up for it in spades. All of the characters were great and added a layer of dimension to the whole story. I can’t wait to see what the Magnolia Series brings next.

Split Ends is the second installment int he Magnolia Series. In Split Ends we follow the story of Cole Matthews, who we met first in Loose Ends. Cole is an FBI agent with a past and that past has a name. Gracie comes back into Cole’s life because she needs some help and to scratch an itch that was started a long long time ago. Cole has to think quick on his feet and put all of his training into action to take care of the issue with Gracie, all the while igniting past flames.

We also get to see Luke and Ava in this book. It was great seeing their characters re-appear in Split Ends.

This book was full of humor, drama, suspense, and some really hot scenes. A great addition to the Magnolia Series.
